Abstract

本計畫的腫瘤環境應答性之自組裝碳奈米囊泡是以綠色化學為基礎所設計,對環境和生物體的毒性影響甚小,製備的碳奈米囊泡能整合腫瘤顯影、抗轉移及防抗藥性癌症奈米藥物,幫助癌症的個人化醫療。對新藥物開發、癌症治療及預防轉移上預期將會有所貢獻。
