Abstract

高敏感 CRP (hs-CRP) 是個發炎的指標,其數值是心血管疾病的獨立預測因 子,因此可被用來當作未來心血管事件的替代指標。BNP 則是左心室功能 的指標。合併使用 metformin, pioglitazone, SGLT-2 抑制劑 (empagliflozin or dapagliflozin or canagliflozin) 三種藥物治療 6 個月如果可以在中風且有糖尿病的病患能降低 hs-CRP 與 BNP 等指標,代表這樣的組合可降低發炎與並可能改善左心室功能,可作為這族群血糖控制的優先療法。
