Abstract

頭頸癌是台灣十大癌症之一，因頭頸癌好發於中年男性，對家庭及社會造成相當的影響。本研究中，將全面性剖析lncRNA分子在頭頸癌中之角色，並探討其臨床意義與致癌功能角色。本研究成果，可進一步做為日後應用於lncRNA於頭頸癌治療預後之評估、或分子治療標的之學理基礎，預期對本土癌症醫學有學術及社會知識之貢獻。
