Abstract

在癌症治療中,T淋巴球表位擴展理論描述當T細胞攻擊表現某特定抗原之癌細胞後,死亡的癌細胞可被抗原呈現細胞所吞噬,並將此癌細胞中其他腫瘤抗原呈現給T淋巴球,以活化可辨認不同腫瘤抗原表位之T淋巴球株,然而此理論背後之作用機制目前所知甚少,亦無有效的方法可促進T淋巴球表位擴展以改善癌症治療成效。本計畫將探討T淋巴球表位擴展之分子機轉,以及研究癌細胞如何逃脫免疫系統辨認、限制T淋巴球組庫擴張之分子路徑,並分析不同免疫治療策略對腫瘤免疫微環境以及T淋巴球表位擴展之影響,本研究計畫欲開發廣效性癌症免疫治療策略以增進T淋巴球表位擴展效用,以提升癌症治療療效,完成此計畫可為未來臨床試驗設計提供重要的理論基礎。
