Abstract

腦腫瘤本身對放、化療具高度抗性以及放療後所誘發的腫瘤侵襲力造成腦癌治療的不良預後情形。經由了解照射後微膠細胞誘發之腫瘤侵襲力及提升輻射抗性的機轉,未來可應用於臨床腦癌放射治療時合併使用潛力分子藥物,將可降低放射後腫瘤侵襲周邊的能力,提升放射治療的成效。
