Abstract

本計劃將合成製備新穎性犬尿喹酸微胞複合物技術,可以有效改善犬尿喹酸(KA)生物有效率及穿越血腦屏障傳遞進腦部, 除了可增加KA神經保護作用外, 透過強化犬尿氨酸途徑中喹啉酸(QA)/KA的平衡,抑制興奮毒性喹啉酸(QA)產生, 增加抑制NMDA受體,希冀有效地改善神經元細胞神經保護功能, 提高清除多麩醯胺酸鏈聚集體的能力,降低神經元細胞的發炎反應,進而減緩神經退化疾病的病程,並改善腦神經退化小鼠的症狀及壽命。
