Abstract

隨著科學的進步以及網路的發達,VR的應用將使大家進入元宇宙的世界,將VR應用於醫學教育應該是現今世界疫情以及科學進展的趨勢。當今的臨床推理課程調查,認為學習成效最佳的就是床邊教學也就是病例導向討論(CbD)。COVID-19肆虐當今,學員可能因各種因素無法到病床旁,醫學教育也因此改變,線上學習及會議成為當今趨勢,但大家享受著科技帶來便利時,也失去了面對面的臨場感,360° VR影片不僅可以擁有趣味性、臨場感,也培養學員當責的態度、增加學員學習動機,我們想要藉此研究,比較VR與CbD在急症臨床推理的教學成效,可能相同或甚至更好,期許未來我們可以利用遠距VR教學達到與床邊教學相同的效果。
