Abstract

本研究計畫主要欲開發兩套創新概念之混合實境及虛擬實境中風鏡像手系統,並驗證這兩套系統的適用性、及對比運用於中風個案的介入成效。此兩套新穎概念的系統欲運用混合實境及虛擬實境技術、數位鏡像手及虛擬手、混用真實與虛擬物件和場景、沉浸式3D動畫等特色,且將傳統鏡像治療無法訓練或執行的活動(如:模擬烹飪、駕駛、家務、購物等)融入系統設計中,並選用平板電腦作為混合實境的設備,以增加未來民眾使用的可及性。本研究的研發與實證成果可將鏡像治療科技化與生活化,研究成果可開拓與加速延展實境技術於中風復健領域的發展及實務應用,未來除可將混合實境與虛擬實境鏡像手系統於臨床使用,也易於社區或居家場域中運用,嘉惠更多個案。
