本研究結果將有助於使用遠距mHealth幫助妥瑞症(Tourette syndrome)兒童及其家庭克服抽動(tic)，並建立良好的健康相關體適能，動作控制和學習。TS mHealth開發是以實證為基礎的mHealth照顧服務模式。研究結果有助提供妥瑞症個案有實證為基礎動作訓練，以正向方式控制tic，進而促進妥瑞症兒童最佳化健康相關生活品質。
