Abstract

本計畫引用申請人所擁有鎂合金電鍍銅,三價鉻及鎳-硼合金電鍍技術,再結合加熱硬化及珠擊處理,是創新研發。以往實驗已知電鍍層雖然可以提升鎂合金耐蝕及耐磨能力,但明顯降低拉伸及疲勞性質。所以本計畫擬將電鍍鎂合金再表面改質,加熱硬化及珠擊,預期可提升電鍍鎂合金機械性質,同時確認鎂合金鹼性鍍鎳可行性。因鎂合金應用在構件輕量化要求下愈顯重要,所以開發一具經濟及功效之表面處理,將可再推廣鎂合金構件應用。本計畫方法符合環保要求,所以提供給國內相關廠商應用是具競爭力。學術上因電鍍鎂合金,再硬化及珠擊,文獻鮮少,又電鍍為申請人所開發技術,所以研究所得相關顯微結構,拉伸及疲勞性質,將可發表論文於相關SCI期刊。
