Abstract

本研究使用機器學習應用於吸引接觸領域,是基礎研究。在微奈米接觸中,最基本也最重要的課題是坡峰的吸引接觸。當坡峰磨耗之後,會逐漸趨近於冪次形態。因此冪次形坡峰的研究是一項重要的課題。本計畫首先將以邊界元素研究冪次形態剛性坡峰與彈性層的吸引接觸,分析不同冪次、不同Tabor參數與不同彈性層厚度下的吸引接觸現象。以模擬個案做為訓練資料之用,然後使用機器學習分析,用來預測:拉拔力、合力為零之接觸半徑、跳接觸距離、跳脫離距離。
