Abstract

COVID-19疫情是目前全球所面臨最嚴峻的考驗,其對整體醫療體系,經濟活動及非COVID-19病患之健康效應,所造成的巨大衝擊,值得分析評估,以從中學習寶貴經驗。由於目前現有文獻多專注於基礎及臨床醫學與防疫政策的討論,較少以社會人文經濟觀點出發的分析探討,及評估其產生的經濟及健康效應,因此本研究正可彌補現有健康照護研究主題中社會人文經濟觀點之不足。同時本研究藉由同時運用7項實證資料,期能一在學術面有COVID-19疫情相關研究議題之原創性,同時提昇實證分析資料品質,而研究結果則可補國內外現有文獻之不足;二在政策面能評估COVID-19疫情的經濟及健康效應,以為未來防疫政策擬定之重要參考。
