Abstract

皮癬菌症是重要的皮膚真菌感染疾病,其高盛行率造成醫療支出的沈重負擔,而正確的菌種鑑定是治療和防治此病的基礎。本研究將使用基質輔助雷射脫附游離飛行時間質譜技術,透過建立內部資庫及使機器學習優化鑑定流程,進行皮癬菌的菌種鑑定。此計劃完成後,預期將可大量縮短檢定所需的時間並降低檢驗費用,使病人能夠及早得到適當的治療。
