Abstract

皮癬菌症是重要的皮膚真菌感染疾病，其高盛行率造成醫療支出的沈重負擔，而正確的菌種鑑定是治療和防治此病的基礎。本研究將使用基質輔助雷射脫附游離飛行時間質譜技術，透過建立內部資庫及使機器學習優化鑑定流程，進行皮癬菌的菌種鑑定。此計劃完成後，預期將可大量縮短檢定所需的時間並降低檢驗費用，使病人能夠及早得到適當的治療。
