Abstract

本研究探討台灣雲端藥歷政策對於各院所的重複用藥率的影響,以及各院所重複用藥率的影響因素分析。傳統文獻通常使用線性參數化估計模型進行政策分析,然而由於院所重複用藥率與各因子之間的影響多重且複雜,關係可能呈現非線性,從而使得估計結果產生歧異。本研究透過公開品質資訊網的資訊,裡面詳列所有院所的六大類藥品的院所重複用藥,以及跨院所同一藥理的重複用藥率,並連結相關需求面與供給面及市場面的影響因子,利用事後雙重選擇方法(post double selection method)以及透過雙重機器學習(double machine learning, DML)的方法,進行估計,以了解政策效果以及相關因素的影響
