Abstract

遲語幼兒常合併社會—情緒功能缺損,而導致此功能缺損的可能原因之一是心智化(mentalization)發展落後。過去研究顯示家長多提供鏡映式心智狀態言談有助於兒童發展心智化能力,因此提升家長之鏡映式心智狀態言談能力言應能增進遲語幼兒的社會—情緒功能。本研究旨在探究家長接受鏡映式心智狀態言談介入訓練後提升本身對幼兒在居家生活中進行鏡映式心智言談的頻率,進而正向促進遲語幼兒的社會—情緒發展軌跡變化。此發現在理論建構層面亦將有助於推進人類社會—情緒功能、心智狀態語言、社會認知和語言環境等跨範疇理論的建構與發展。
