Abstract
肩手症候群，可能會發生在腦中風後病患的上肢肢體造成局部腫脹，碰觸時會過度疼痛與敏感，影響生活品質與復健療效。目前還未發現最有效的治療方法。本研究提出一個創新的超音波導引方式將肉毒桿菌素注射至臂神經叢之下神經幹進行交感神經阻斷術，並合併復健物理治療，我們假設這是有效的治療，對社會與學術發展能有極大的貢獻。
