Abstract

本計畫將促進了解麻疹病毒特異性體液免疫生成的內容與機制,包括麻疹病毒抗原特異性之細胞與抗體免疫反應之生成、頻率與抗原辨識廣度,以及麻疹病毒抗原特異性抗體分子譜的株源、抗原結合性與抗病毒功能性。通過對中和抗體生成和功能的研究,我們預期能揭示對抗麻疹病毒感染的免疫保護機制。這種更深入的理解對於未來疫苗設計和免疫治療的發展具有潛在價值。
