本計畫將促進了解麻疹抗體免疫在細胞與抗體株層次上的組成內容與細節,我們將剖析病毒中和機轉以及抗體在阻斷或干擾麻疹病毒血凝素與宿主細胞受體相互作用中的角色。我們也將分析強效抗病毒血凝素中和抗體與麻疹病毒的結構互動,這將輔助剖析抗體中和病毒的分子機轉。在本計畫,我們也希望,透過整合強效抗病毒血凝素中和抗體的抗原辨識、結構和功能資訊,能促使未來單株抗體免疫療法的臨床前研究與發展。
