Abstract

研究顯示CCL5與CCR5參與發炎、肥胖、胰島素阻抗與第二型糖尿病的病程,雖然CCR5是CCL5的高親和性受體,但CCL5和CCR5在肥胖性胰臟適應不良與胰島素過分泌可能扮演截然不同的角色。此外鞘脂對於胰島素敏感性以及胰島素分泌作用的影響尚有爭議,我們發現鞘脂可能參與CCL5基因剃除改善肥胖性胰臟適應不良以及胰島素過度分泌的作用。本研究計畫將釐清CCL5與CCR5在肥胖性胰臟適應不良以及胰島素過分泌之機制是否不同;此外,研究成果可能為代謝症候群與第二型糖尿病提供新的預防與治療策略。
