Abstract
本研究目的為建構客製標準化的糖尿病足部潰瘍護理指導簡訊介入方案，並檢測方案於促進糖尿病足部潰瘍自我照護行為、防治自我效能、傷口癒合、及生活品質之成效。本研究研訂的糖尿病足部潰瘍護理指導模組，涵蓋特定於糖尿病足部潰瘍患者的衛教重點。經本研究測試後，如若對研究對象有幫助，將可於臨床推廣，成為醫療團隊人員進行病患教育的輔助工具。｢客製標準化護理指導簡訊介入｣之做法也可推廣應用於提供其他疾病患者門診護理指導。
