Abstract

醫師在臨床常常是先面對病人的症狀，而需要做鑑別診斷，運用人工智能的ChatGPT3.5或ChatGPT4.0與Bing在學習上，如果可以快速且避免使用到錯誤的知識，將來在面對病人問題尤其是兒童，將可以得到必須知道的鑑別診斷知識，來保障病人的安全。
