Abstract

專業認同形成是個人專業核心價值與信仰內化的過程,也是醫學教育的特定目標。其關鍵時刻始於學習初期,而動力來自於經驗、反思、回饋、與典範學習。典範學習被認為是醫學教育的重要現象,瞭解典範學習對專業認同形成的影響與機制,明白畢業前後醫學生對醫師典範的需求,有助於發展客觀評核醫師典範的方法,以及醫學教育的改進,以培養更優秀的未來醫師,最終達到提升醫療照護專業的品質。近期新冠肺炎流行,造成醫學教育方式與觀念的改變,對於醫學生接觸醫師典範是否有所改變,對於典範學習的模式與效果,以及專業認同形成的影響亦會一併在本研究中進行分析,以瞭解其影響與結果。
