Abstract

共享決策已廣泛成為醫療照護潮流及國家衛生政策；有效促進醫（護）病關係、病人對醫療處置的認同與遵從度和滿意度，強調醫護人員與病人及其照顧者為夥伴關係，彼此互相合作。研究結果將有助瞭解（a）思覺失調病人、醫護人員和照顧者之共享決策的偏好相關因素、經驗其阻礙和促進因素和（b）發展數位共享決策措施及運用數位決策輔助工具於共享決策過程改善思覺失調症病人及其照顧者健康照護（共享決策、藥物遵從性、個人復原、住院次數，住院天數和照顧者負荷）之成效，以期作為臨床照護之參考並落實病人及其照顧者參與醫療決策及提升醫療照護品質。
