Abstract

血小板在維持血液正常的凝集相當重要,對一些人類疾病相關的病理發展也扮演重要的角色。本研究將探討Dab2 表現及其Ser24 磷酸化對 Dab2-磷脂質交互作用及血小板活化訊息傳遞過程中的功能與作用機制。這個研究的完成將會讓我們更清楚瞭解血小板生物學,對於發展預防及治療血小板相關的疾病如中風或心肌梗塞的新方法將有很大的助益。預期對社會、經濟、學術發展等面向將有正面的影響。
