Abstract

許多文獻指出大單核白血球會進入出生前 後的老鼠腦組織內的骿氏體,隨後分化成小神 經膠細胞的前驅細胞,所謂的變形性小神經膠 細胞.這些細胞最終再演化成分枝性小神經膠 細胞.從變形性小神經膠細胞分化至分枝性小 神經膠細胞的過程中,它們細胞膜的表面抗原 會隨著成長分化而遞減;如此的演變被認為是 一種退化的現象.這現象符合我們最近的研究 結果,我們發現當變形性小神經膠細胞分化至 分枝性小神經膠細胞時,它們細胞膜上的糖蛋 白有調降的現象;我們更發現在某些過渡型態 種類的分化中小神經膠細胞有明顯的高爾基氏 體的凝集素標誌,我們認為,有某種蛋白質的合 成或修飾伴隨著發生在這所謂"退化"的小神經 膠細胞分化過程中.
