Abstract

這個研究計畫中預計(1)評估SIRT6基因剔除小鼠的皮膚性狀，特別是早期毛囊型態發生延遲以及晚期毛囊皮脂腺萎縮生長不良的程度(2)以皮膚移植實驗解析產生上述性狀的主要原因是來自於全身性的SIRT6缺失或是皮膚局部SIRT6缺失所引起(3)探究SIRT6缺失皮膚之發炎是否是造成毛囊皮脂腺萎縮的決定因素，或者在毛囊幹細胞本身的SIRT6缺失也促使萎縮。深入探討SIRT6在皮膚毛囊的影響有助於我們對於瘢痕姓落髮的了解。
