Abstract

癌因性疲憊是結直腸癌患者最常見且具挑戰性的症狀之一,對患者的生活品質及治療成效造成重大影響。本研究創新地結合代謝體學與中醫體質的觀點,透過術前至術後3個月的長期追蹤,採用更全面的分析方式,探討癌因性疲憊的機轉、生物性指標及其變化情形。研究結果將深入探討癌因性疲憊與代謝體及中醫體質之間的關聯性,可進一步增進學術領域對癌因性疲憊症狀管理與臨床護理照護的基礎科學知識,並為未來發展個別化、精準化的護理介入措施提供參考依據,有助於提升臨床護理對於結直腸癌患者的整體照護品質。
