Abstract
本計畫使用三源共蒸鍍製作全無機碘化銫鉛/碘化銫錫鈣鈦礦串接太陽能電池，具有可大面積鍍膜等優點，適合於產業大量生產製造，對於經濟發展有幫助。大量利用太陽能發電將可減少火力及核能發電對於地球環境的污染。使用三源共蒸鍍可以摻雜二價或三價金屬離子提升碘化銫鉛/碘化銫錫薄膜穩定度及品質，相關摻雜技術具有學術研究参考價值。
