Abstract

膝關節液有一定的代謝時數,裡面的蛋白質大概一小時就會被代謝掉了,分子量較大的自體玻尿酸大約在 13 小時左右也會被代謝掉。那所注射入的高濃度血小板血漿會不會也很快被代謝掉?因此發展出像糖漿一樣的高黏稠度高濃度血小板血漿,能以注射方式將其放置膝關節內來治療退化性關節炎,是未來可以研發的方向。也因為黏稠度較高,能以較長的時間附著在關節內。所以如果我們能夠發展出一種較為黏稠的自體高濃度血小板血漿,藉由其較為黏稠的特性,不會幾個小時內就被代謝掉,然後一直的釋放出生長因子,持續的修復退化的軟骨與周邊損傷的軟組織,相信能提供給中重度膝部退化性關節炎病患更好的治療效果。
