Abstract

膀胱纖維化與癌化是國人重大疾病。此3年計畫主要將探討主要將探討生長分化因子15與蜂膠對於人類膀胱基質與上皮癌細胞之表現,功能與調控機制。我們將探討GDF15下游基因表現,並瞭解CAPE促進GDF15表達是否可抑制膀胱纖維化與癌化。經由對GDF15之調控機轉研究,而進一步探討如何經由促進GDF15表現而減緩膀胱纖維化與癌化之形成。故經此計劃之預期結果應可讓我們更瞭解膀胱纖維化與癌化之發展機制,期能提供新的藥物篩檢因子與有關膀胱疾病診斷與治療方向
