Abstract
本計畫探討於二維材料的光電特性與神經行為的連結,在學術發展上,揭露出二維材料在神經應用上具有極大潛力,透過不同波長的光源照射於元件,成功地模仿生物突觸的刺激與抑制行為,為人工視覺提供了基礎元件的特性和仿生理論的研究,並實際驗證影像辨識的功能,對未來的人工智慧拓展新的方法。
