Abstract

本計畫透過質量混合研究法，探討口腔健康與心衰竭患者營養、心理健康、生活品質及疾病預後間的關聯，並結合機器學習分析訪談語音之情緒內涵，以精準辨識患者潛在狀況。研究成果可為臨床護理提供新視角，提升對患者身心靈需求的掌握，有助增進臨床照護品質，降低醫療成本及社會負擔。未來將進一步促進精準醫療理念在臨床實務與健康政策中落實，透過依病患嚴重程度實施分級衛教與管理，強化疾病管理並改善患者生命品質，同時亦可豐富學術研究內涵，激發跨領域合作，提升國際學術影響力。
