Abstract

結合【醫學教學】與【服務科學】兩領域,將醫學教育透過服務科學的服務設計、使用者行為研究與科技創新角度重新思考,藉由「診療點」與醫療決策行為分析,解譯醫師臨床思辨脈絡,對應時間軸,瞭解醫師決策。預期產出特定病症的知識分類與決策行為模型。依落差分析找出醫學生診療行為的弱點與改善策略,並依據不同疾病來建立診療模型,提供臨床醫師的教學模板,增能醫學生的學臨床思辨,形成有效的醫學教育模式。期待醫學生除了傳統的教學,更可以透過『記疫』的學習模式,讓數位學習科技提升臨床思辨,而教育分析回饋優化科技。
