Abstract

基於我們的實驗設計和研究方法，我們將建立至少四個參考分離株，用於研究TVV與其宿主之間的相互作用以及藥物敏感性。從本研究中獲得的資料將闡明有關TVV對甲硝唑敏感性以及陰道鞭毛蟲性陰道炎發病機制的爭議。我們的最終目標是利用TVV誘導甲硝唑耐藥性分離株對甲硝唑的敏感性，希望能作為發展毒殺甲硝唑耐藥性陰道鞭毛蟲的基礎。
