Abstract
There are few researches on the transition services for the college students
with disabilities in Taiwan. The purpose of the research includes 2 domains: one is to
explore the life of the individuals with disabilities leaving college and the other is to
focus on the transition services working for the college students with disabilities. The
research program will be finished through 3 years. Based upon the results, it will be
proposed about the implications on developing a program for transition services
working for the college students with special needs in Taiwan.
