Abstract
本研究計畫乃針對先前主持人手機視訊及家屬訪視意義研究成果之不足處，重新設計家屬與住民智慧型手機互動方案。此新的視訊方案包含：ＡＩ情緒辨識ＡＰＰ方案及網路家屬溝通衛教方案即是針對先前研究成果所設計而出。此外，在結果測量的部分也新加入新的科技元素變項（測量住民使用視訊時的心率變異性），以進一步來了解住民使用視訊時的心情。在研究設計方面，也延續先前的研究設計，是利用縱貫追蹤研究法評值所研發之知心智慧型手機視訊互動方案對住民與家屬健康之成效(基準點、一個月、三個月、六個月)。研究結果期望能藉由科技輔助來知住民心外，並提供家屬網路溝通衛教內容，將可作為台灣建立衰弱老人健康介入、溝通需求方案時之參考方針。
