Abstract
口腔癌是威脅國人健康重大疾病之一，口腔癌病患組織及唾液中表現異常大量的第一型基質金屬蛋白酶 (MMP-1)，可作為口腔癌檢測的分子檢驗生物標記，但是有關MMP-1在口腔癌生成或病程進展的過程中的生物功能角色所知甚少。執行本計畫將可深入瞭解MMP-1在口腔癌生成或病程進展的過程中的功能角色與相關分子調控機轉，研發成果預期可促進口腔癌新的生物學發展，同時提供研發新穎口腔癌治療策略的新線索。
