Abstract

當前身心障礙者權益主張與國民大眾的生活安全權益維護交織著,使得對身心障礙者法規的處置與教育變得相當重要卻有時棘手。有一個公正明確的學術資料,是當前重要的學術責任,也是初級預防、次級預防以及三級預防之重要資源。本研究分三年進行,第一年:藉由問卷調查了解自閉症類群學生觸法行為之現象,包括型態與歷程,並探討自閉症類群學生的觸法行為及與研究對象背景條件之關聯。第二年以個案訪談了解自閉症類群學生觸法歷程的深度訊息。第三年在考量自閉症類群學生條件後思考個別化處理模式,進一步發展「法規教育與觸法處理方案」。
