Abstract
本計畫將針對MSF之免疫調控機轉作深入的 探討,包括進一步鑑定是殺手細胞或還有幫助 型T細胞群,為其抑制的目標,並測定在MSF前處理 之後,細胞對外來刺激上,由細胞膜上蛋白至訊 息傳遞上,是否有異常的現象,究竟MSF的作用點 在何處.期望本計畫能為抑制性T細胞的功能作 一定位,並且得知潛伏在染色體上的反轉錄病 毒,對個體免疫系統,造成何種的影響.
