Abstract
本研究屬整合性健康營養服務模式的基礎研究，高齡健康照護相關之服務與創新設計，輔助調整國內高齡人口飲食與健康習慣，以期減少逐年加重的醫療支出。經濟面上，可作為後續食物與營養服務之基礎，可整合食材、餐飲、社區在地老化、行為改善等預防醫學之商業模式，擴大高齡服務市場。學術面上，AI應用創新工具的設計與使用性評估成果可投稿至人因、健康或飲食份相關之國際期刊。
