Abstract

本研究計畫旨在探討鐵死亡（ferroptosis）於慢性血栓栓塞性肺高壓（CTEPH）發病機制中的重要性，並驗證其是否促進肺動脈內皮細胞損傷與纖維化，進而加速疾病進展。CTEPH 是一種進展性且致命的肺血管疾病，對患者生活品質及壽命產生嚴重影響。本研究將補足 ferroptosis 在肺高壓疾病領域的研究空白，為學術界提供新知識，促進血管生物學與細胞死亡機制研究，進一步提升台灣在國際學術界的影響力，並為肺高壓的研究奠定堅實基礎。
