Abstract

單細胞原生動物的微小蛋白是一個全新的研究領域。目前還未有任何的研究報告。本研究計畫擬整合生物資訊及實驗數據, 架構一個陰道鞭毛蟲微小蛋白的分析平台及資料庫。並利此平台探討陰道鞭受鐵調控生微小蛋白的機轉及生物性功能。若研究順利進行, 本研究之成果將會是首次在單細胞生物作系統性研究微小蛋白的報告。其重要性不可言諭。
