Abstract

慢性血栓栓塞性肺高壓是肺動脈血栓不完全消失及血管內膜纖維化產生膠原阻塞填充肺動脈腔的疾病。首選為利用肺動脈內膜切除手術治療,但在手術無法切除的部分,目前除了服用抗凝血劑外,並沒有藥物有效抑制CTEPH的發生。近年肺動脈氣球血管成形術 (BPA) 是一種CTEPH新興治療選擇,為無法手術的患者帶來血液動力學和功能上的益處。本研究有助了解將有助於了解肺動脈血管內膜異常增厚和纖維化的病理機轉,為將來的CTEPH治療臨床試驗提供重要證據, 以期提高醫療品質。
