Abstract

我們在先前的研究中發現了特殊的聚集性腫瘤巨噬細胞現象,其機制與角色依然不明。本計畫主要目的有:1.分析聚集性腫瘤巨噬細胞的特殊基因表現,並從中選擇有潛力的目標進而阻斷腫瘤巨噬細胞對腫瘤再生長之能力。2.聚集性腫瘤巨噬細胞可能與一氧化氮及類鐸受體(toll-like receptors)有關,我們將會研究阻斷iNOS和TLR4路徑之後對聚集性腫瘤巨噬細胞之影響。3. 利用LC-Mass及RNA-NGS等技術探討對巨噬細胞同時給予一氧化氮及HMGB1蛋白刺激後之影響及其分子機制。本計畫將會揭開聚集性腫瘤巨噬細胞的分子機制與其對腫瘤生長的影響,其有助於日後對臨床放射治療上對病人腫瘤的控制。
