Abstract

隨著近年NPFF的研究越來越多元豐富,其功能也越趨重要。前期與初步結果顯示NPFF會調控下視丘胰島素控制的攝食訊息,對能量恆定與代謝扮演重要角色,使他成為重要的目標,包括糖尿病和飲食控制。現在社會中肥胖和代謝症候群是許多疾病的高風險因子,因此NPFF的研究對社會健康層面將有很大助益。本計畫將會發展NPFF受體專一性藥物,將對NPFF相關領域的研究具有很大的幫助,並有機會發展成臨床用藥,可申請專利並進入臨床試驗研究。
