Abstract

此計畫利用擬真臨床表徵小鼠動物感染模型探討腸道菌叢對腸道病毒感染與生長複製的影響機制,本計畫成果預期可了解腸道菌叢與腸病毒感染的交互作用,即腸病毒感染後會改變腸道菌相,而另一方面腸道菌叢可以保護宿主,對抗腸病毒的感染。我們將利用次世代定序分析解開提供保護力的腸道菌相,並從其中尋找可能的益生菌及其成分可抵抗腸病毒感染,後續分析代謝物及免疫功能,釐清其作用機制。未來有機會開發出新的產品,應用於預防或治療腸病毒的感染。
