Abstract

此計畫將從腫瘤微環境對腫瘤生長的影響來探討針對腫瘤細胞外之腦癌治療策略。主要研究腦癌中的神經膠質瘤相關巨噬細胞/小膠質細胞分泌之METRNL對腫瘤生長及治療抗性的影響，並以Metrnl siRNA治療具有原位腦癌的小鼠。期望能避開腦癌不同個體中多樣及多變的基因突變和幹細胞樣特性導致其對目前的標準療法有抗性，以控制腫瘤微環境的方式達到抑制腫瘤復發的效果。
