Abstract

本研究旨在讓高齡者樂於運用科技,改善飲食生活並產生對健康產生正面影響,長期而言可使醫療資源運用更有效率;可針對台灣及高齡者飲食建議進行更本地化及個人化,提供符合個人生活型態之飲食改善建議;可讓人工智慧影像辨識技術除了進行食材種類之外,擴展到食材份量的判斷,擴展人工智慧應用領域;未來可針對於如健身者、高壓上班環境或糖尿病、冠心症中風等特定族群的飲食與建議,可讓資通訊科技的應用能更人性且更貼於人心,以建立利基健康飲食服務,創造新的商機與經濟效益。
