Abstract

本研究可讓資通訊科技的應用能更人性且更貼於人心，並增廣運用於飲食改善的領域，讓高齡者更樂於運用科技於改善生活並產生正面影響，長期可使醫療資源運用更有效率；可針對台灣及高齡者飲食建議進行更本地化及個人化，提供更精準之飲食改善建議；可讓人工智慧影像辨識技術除了進行食材種類之外，擴展到食材份量的判斷，擴展人工智慧應用領域；未來可針對於如健身者、高壓上班環境或糖尿病、冠心症中風等特定族群的飲食與建議，進行深度與特化的研究，以建立利基健康飲食服務，創造新的商機與經濟效益。
